The certificate selected to connect to the AEAT HEADQUARTERS differs from the certificate selected to perform the signature

Access the certificate details. In Google Chrome, click on "Customize and control Google Chrome" (three vertical dots icon), "Settings", "Show advanced settings", "HTTPS/SSL", "Manage certificates". In Microsoft Edge, tap (Settings and more Alt + F) the three horizontal dots icon (top right), "Settings", "Privacy, search, and services", "Security" and "Manage certificates".
In the "Personal" tab, the certificate with which you want to sign must be installed. Double-click on the certificate name and in the new window select the "Details" tab. Select "All" in the "Show" section, select the "Alternative name of the holder" field and check the information that appears in the lower window, since it must be the same as that registered in the AEAT .

The order in which the data is displayed is: Name of the natural person, first surname of the natural person, second surname of the natural person and NIF of the natural person.
For certificates FNMT of legal entity:

Certificate of representative for sole and joint administrators. The order in which the data is displayed is: Name of associated natural person, first surname of natural person, second surname of natural person, NIF of natural person, Company name, NIF legal entity, administrator type, commercial register data

Certificate of representative of a legal entity. The order in which the data is displayed is: Name of associated natural person, first surname of natural person, second surname of natural person, NIF of natural person, Company name, NIF of legal entity.

Certificates of representative of Entity without Legal Personality. The order in which the data is displayed is: Name of associated natural person, first surname of natural person, second surname of natural person, NIF of natural person, Company name, NIF of legal entity.
Once this is done, you will have to check on our website how this data appears in the census of the AEAT , accessing the section "Verification of a NIF of third parties for census purposes", within the procedures of the "Form 030. Census of taxpayers - Census declaration of registration, changes of address and/or changes in personal data."
If the census data ( NIF , surnames and first name or company name) do not match the data on the electronic certificate, it will be necessary to obtain a new certificate.
