Error downloading a tax certificate in PDF

Tax certificates downloaded through the website do so in a PDF document. The fact that the collection fails indicates that there is probably a communication problem between the browser and the PDF file viewer.

If you get an error like "Adobe could not open the file 'XXXXXXXX.pdf'..." (which is because you are working with Adobe Reader version 6 or 7) or another error related to obtaining the PDF , check out Adobe's help on downloading, installing, common errors, and configuring it. Go to "Edit", "Preferences...", "Internet" and uncheck the boxes "Allow fast view on Web" and "Show PDF in browser" in the same section.

If the error persists and Adobe Reader is already installed and the version is correct, try using the "Detect and repair" or "Repair Adobe Reader installation" option in the "Help" top menu.
