"Downloading..." message when obtaining a tax certification on Android mobile devices
Using your mobile device, you can request a tax certification and download the PDF of the certification obtained. For the document to be displayed correctly, it is necessary to have the program installed Adobe Reader for mobile devices or an Android-compatible viewer.
Sometimes, when downloading the PDF corresponding to the tax certification, the message "Downloading" may appear for an indefinite period of time, not being downloaded or displaying a warning with the text "Incorrect download".
In these cases, you can download the certificate from the "My files" section, within the "Certifications" category, identifying yourself with Cl@ve or with a certificate or DNI electronic. Click on the file number of the certification you wish to consult. In the next window, click on "Consult electronic documents" located in the "Available Services" section. Select the link corresponding to the requested certificate.
In the following "Document Viewing" window, if the document is not displayed directly, click on "View full screen", or copy the CSV that appears in the text at the top, to try to download from the "Document verification using secure verification code ( CSV )" section.
Next, enter the CSV in the "Document matching using secure verification code" section. If the document is not displayed directly, click on: "View full screen". However, at the bottom of the screen you will see the downloaded PDF .
