In step "2. Confirm request" Review the data entered and, if you agree, click "Sign Send". Otherwise, you can return to the previous window.

Check the box " Agree " and click " Sign and Send " to complete the application. At the bottom, information about the processing of personal data will appear and if you press the button " Show/Hide data to sign " you will find the encrypted data of the procedure.
