How to check the corporate collaborators register

You can perform the "Check in the census of social collaborators" from the "Social collaboration" procedures

Identify yourself with an electronic certificate.

Once the NIF of the certificate holder has been validated in the census, the corresponding information will be displayed in each case.

Access with certificate of the social collaborator (legal entity or natural person)

You will find information about the status (registration/deregistration), the type of agreement you are registered for, the procedures for which you are authorized (from the "View Procedures" button), the delegates added (if any) and the data of the signed associations.

If you click on the NIF of one of the delegates, you will be able to see their contact details and the date of registration.

Note: This procedure is exclusively for consultation. Registration and deregistration of delegates must be carried out using the procedure "Registration and management in the census of social collaborators".

In "Type of agreement data" click "View procedures" to see the list of procedures that the agreement authorizes.

Access with certificate from the social collaborator's delegated person

Only your identification data and that of the collaborator who added you as a delegate will be displayed.

If the certificate holder is not registered as a social collaborator and has not been added as a delegate, the message "The NIF does not belong to a social collaborator" will appear.
