"The Declaration Proof number must be completed or it is not correct"

When trying to send declarations generated by external programs through the file submission option ( TGVI Online) the error 1011 may appear: “The Declaration Justification number must be completed or it is not correct” .

If you submit a supplementary or substitute declaration using a file, the supporting document number of the new declaration must be different from the supporting document of the declaration that it supplements or replaces. In addition, reference must be made to the supporting document number of the previous declaration that you wish to supplement or replace. 

In presentations by file, supporting documents that begin with the model number and the rest with zero positions are NOT accepted.

To read the file correctly it should appear as 1820000000001 or any other variation, for example, 182 2024 000001 for fiscal year 2024.

To resolve the error, you need to edit the file: The "Receipt number" field is always located in the type 1 record, Declarant, which coincides with the first line of the file and normally between positions 108 and 120. However, we recommend that you consult the updated registration design for the specific information declaration model, in order to verify the positions.

If the presentation is made from the form, "Exercise 202x. Presentation (up to 40,000 records)", it is accepted that the receipt number that has been reported in the file is a number that begins with the digits of the model and the rest of the positions are zeros. For example, 1820000000000. In this case, there will be no problem either when importing the file or when presenting it.
