Phishing cases are being detected where, using the address hxxps://sede-agenciatributaria.com, you are redirected to a page that imitates the authentication page of the AEAT Headquarters and that asks for an email address and password.

A form is displayed requesting images of your ID, which could be used to impersonate you.

The issuance of false invoices, which do not correspond to a delivery of goods or provision of services, is one of the common means of fraudulently requesting VAT refunds.

In accordance with article 62.5 of Law 39/215, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the filing of a complaint does not confer the status of interested party in the procedure initiated.

Cases are being detected in which Bizum users are receiving a request to send money impersonating the Tax Agency with the following subject "AEAT PAGO RENTA 2022".
We remind you that the AEAT , nor any other official body, sends money via Bizum . If you receive any request, press "Reject request".
