Filing supporting documentation
If you wish to voluntarily provide documentation related to a previously submitted declaration, on the procedures page for said procedure in the electronic office you will have the link "Provide additional documentation".
As with other electronic submissions, the provision of documentation requires a certificate/ electronic ID or, if you are a natural person, also Cl@ve .
Fill in the required fields for online registration and click "Add file" to include the documentation.
Some of the formats that the system supports as valid are .csv, .docx, .gif, .png, .jpg, .pdf, .mp3, .mp4, .txt and compressed files .zip or .7z. The supported size of each attached file cannot exceed 64 Mb of capacity. You can consult the complete list of accepted formats in the "Help" link available in each of the documentation contribution forms.
It is recommended that the file you are trying to attach is saved in the path C:\ AEAT since, depending on the procedure with which the contribution of documentation is related, this location will be mandatory.
If you do not have a file, you can write the reason for the submission in the field provided. A document PDF will be generated and incorporated into the system.
The correct response to the documentation contribution will be a receipt that includes all the information along with the link "View in printable format" to obtain the receipt in PDF
Also included is the CSV (Secure Verification Code) which also allows obtaining the receipt through the "Electronic Document Comparison". In addition, each submitted file will have its own CSV associated with it.
