How to file batch tax returns
The Tax Agency offers a batch submission service that allows you to submit returns corresponding to the same model, fiscal year and period jointly and automatically.
The batch submission option is found within the submission options of each declaration model.
This type of presentation only accepts electronic identification with a certificate or DNIe .
The new Batch Presentation application is compatible with any properly updated browser. Allows you to select multiple files from the presenter's hard drive and optionally a file with the NRC s, to proceed with its presentation.
Click "Select Returns" to add the files to submit and, if applicable, click "Select File with NRC ".
Once you have selected the files, they will be displayed at the bottom. Click "OK" and press "Sign and Send" to complete the submission process.
The presentation allows to collect the details of the declarations submitted successfully, as well as those submitted with errors (file in JSON format). JSON files are text files that can be opened with specific programs or generic applications, such as Windows Notepad.
Access to the supporting documents for the declarations submitted is done by downloading a compressed file ZIP that contains all the supporting documents submitted correctly in that session, as well as a file with any errors found.
In addition, from the "Download metadata" button you can download in JSON format a list with the data of the declarations submitted correctly in this batch session. If the model is 576 , it even allows you to download the "log" variable defined in the specifications of this model.
