Renta WEB Open 2018

Access to "Renta WEB (OPEN) Simulator 2018" does not require identification by the taxpayer, does not validate the NIF of the declarant and does not need to have tax data, but it allows you to do a simulation of Renta WEB 2018. It is available on the procedures page for model 100 in the Electronic Office.

In the first window you can start with a declaration from scratch, by clicking on "New declaration" or "Load" the data from a saved declaration. To recover a previous statement, you will need to open the .ses file that is generated when you save the statement.

The first step is to enter the identification data, including the NIF , although no validation will be carried out against the Tax Agency census.

Once the identification data screen has been accepted, you will directly access the results summary. From the hyperlinks available in the summary concepts, you can go to the different pages of the declaration to enter the rest of the data that will allow the calculations to be made, taking into account that it is not possible to enter data in the joint declaration. You can also click "Continue with the declaration" to access the different pages that make up the declaration.

To navigate between the different pages you can use the arrow command or expand the sections. If you start with an empty declaration you will have to include all the data, personal and financial, to simulate the result.

Once the declaration has been completed, it is advisable to validate what has been completed, although warnings and errors may appear that do not affect you or are exclusive to allow a submission. However, it should be noted that you will not be able to file the return using the Renta WEB Open version. Go to the last page, "Payment or refund document" to check the result.

If you want to retrieve the completed declaration at another time, press the "Save" button to obtain the .ses file, which you can retrieve in the initial window by pressing "Load". You can choose the location where the file will be downloaded. If you do not choose a directory, it will be saved, by default, in the folder that your browser has set as default. The file will be named dat-100- NIF of the declarant-date on which it was saved.ses

Renta WEB Open allows the generation of a PDF with the preview of the declaration; We remind you that this document is not valid for presentation. Click on "Return Summary" to access the results for each modality again and generate the PDF with the preview.
