1.1 Introduction
One of the new features of this year for filing the Corporate Tax and Income Tax returns for non-residents of permanent establishments and entities under the income attribution regime established abroad with a presence in Spanish territory (mod. 200) is WEB SOCIETIES.
This help service offers greater advantages for processing and filing the tax return as it allows direct access to the AEAT server without having to download a help program to a computer, as was necessary until now.
In this way, using any electronic device that allows connection to this server, you can proceed to complete the Corporate Tax return. If you do not have all the data required to submit the declaration, Sociedades Web also allows you to save the changes you make and subsequently access from any device to continue completing the declaration with the pending data, modify it or, if applicable, access a new declaration.
Web Societies maintains all the utilities, completion controls, links and data import and help tools available until now, also using an interface with similar features to the previous program.
Through this help for filing the Corporate Tax return (form 200) with Sociedades Web we offer you detailed information on how it works and on the regulations applicable to the data that must be completed in the return.
You can also simulate possible corporate tax returns using the “WEB Open Companies (Simulator)” service. However, the calculations and tests performed with this program will not allow you to file the corporate tax returns made, since this requires the use of Sociedades WEB. Access is unauthenticated, so no electronic certificate is required.
