2.13 Declaration of the legal representatives of the entity

The declaration included in this section will be made by those persons who hold legal representation of the entity, in accordance with the provisions of the specific applicable legislation.

In this section, the identifying data of each representative will be recorded (name, surname and NIF ), the date of the power of attorney or power of attorney deed and the notary where said power of attorney was carried out (if it is a civil company that has recorded it in a private document, the date of signature of said document will be recorded in the notary box).
