Federation of Associations (G)

(Included in the scope of Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association)

  • Original and photocopy of the founding act, in a public or private document, which will include the incorporation agreement and the Statutes.
  • Certificate of registration in the corresponding Registry (For the assignment of the definitive NIF, the incorporation agreement and the Statutes that have finally been registered in the Registry must be provided, since some modifications may have been made to the founding act initially presented in the application for the provisional NIF, due to requirements of the Registry itself to resolve defects in the incorporation)
  • Photocopy of the NIF of the person who signs the census declaration, who must be a representative of the federation. If the interested party appears before the Tax Authority, it will not be necessary to provide a photocopy of the NIF, provided that the interested party authorizes the AEAT bodies to verify their identity data.
  • Original and photocopy of the document that proves the capacity of representation of the person signing the census declaration (this will not be necessary if it appears as such in the articles of incorporation or in the bylaws)
