Political parties (G)

(Organic Law 6/2002, of June 27, on Political Parties)

  • Original and photocopy of the founding deed, which must be recorded in a public document and contain the statutes and personal identification of the promoters.
  • Certificate of registration in the Registry of Political Parties of the Ministry of the Interior, at which point it acquires legal personality.
  • Photocopy of the NIF of the person who signs the census declaration, who must be a manager or a representative. If the interested party appears before the Tax Authority, it will not be necessary to provide a photocopy of the NIF, provided that the interested party authorizes the AEAT bodies to verify their identity data.
  • Original and photocopy of the document that proves the status of the person who signs the census declaration.
