Commonwealth of Municipalities (P)

(Law 7/1985 of April 2 on the Bases of the Local Regime and the law of each Autonomous Community, where applicable)

They are local entities that arise from the association of municipalities for the joint execution of specific works and services within their jurisdiction. They have legal personality and capacity to fulfill their specific purposes and are governed by their own Statutes.

• Photocopy of the provision published in the corresponding Official Gazette or certificate from the Municipalities that comprise it or from the respective Department of Public Administrations that accredits its existence.
• Photocopy of the NIF of the person who signs the census declaration, who must be a person with capacity or a representative. If the interested party appears before the Tax Authority, it will not be necessary to provide a photocopy of the NIF, provided that the interested party authorizes the AEAT bodies to verify their identity data.
• Original and photocopy of the document that proves the status of the person who signs the census declaration.
