Representatives

Reason for filing

You must state the reason for the presentation, whether it is to notify the appointment of a representative (registration), whether it is to communicate the revocation or resignation of the representation (cancellation) or, otherwise, to communicate any type of modification of the data of the representative or the representation (modification). You must indicate the effective date of the cause that motivates the communication.

Representative identification

The representative's NIF , his/her identity and his/her resident status must be completed. In the case of a legal entity administrator, the designated natural person must be indicated.

Identification of the natural person designated by the legal entity administrator (only in the event that the representative is a legal entity administrator of the holding company)

In this subsection, registration or deregistration can be made with the corresponding date and the data (NIF and name and surname) of the natural person designated by the legal entity administrator will be reported.

Cause of representation

The reason for the representation will be indicated by marking the cause with an “X”. If the cause of representation is legal, you must enter the code according to the following table:
