PAGE 7. Withholdings and payment on account

This section will be used to inform the tax authorities of the obligations of the withholding agents regarding the presentation of the respective forms of income for withholdings and payments on account (forms 111 and 115).

Place, date and signature

The census declaration must be signed by its owner or by his/her representative. Indicating the place, date, name and capacity in which the declaration is signed.
