Documentation for the declaration of discharge

In the case of a declaration of deregistration (box 150) due to (box 151) dissolution and liquidation, absorption, merger, total spin-off and other causes of extinction, a public deed or document certifying the extinction must be provided, unless it is dissolution due to compliance with the term established in the statutes, as well as, where appropriate, certification of the effective cancellation of the corresponding entries in the Commercial Registry or in the corresponding Public Registry.

In the case of a declaration of discharge (box 150) due to death (box 151), a death certificate must be provided.
