Representative identification

The representative's NIF must be filled in (box 304 or 354), his/her surnames and name or company name (box 305 or 355) and his/her status as a resident or not (box 306 or 356)

If the representative is a legal entity administrator, the designated natural person must be indicated in the following subsection.

Clarification : Can the passport number be entered in box 304 as part of the representative's identification data? No, the NIF must be entered in all cases. See information on the NIF in Annex 1 of this guide.
