Representation type

Box 333 or 383 will indicate whether the representation is individual, joint or several, according to the following keys:

• Individual administrator: when representation is granted to a single person.
• Joint administrators: The joint administrator does not have control over the company's administration without the consent of the other joint administrator. That is, both act jointly, and cannot bind the company if they act separately. Without prejudice to the fact that, for purely internal purposes, the bylaws may assign functions to be carried out by each of them. The power of representation corresponds to both. They must exercise it jointly, that is, not only by common agreement but both must make the manifestation of will on behalf of the company, either in a single act or successively.
• Joint administrators: Joint administrators act individually, although the statutes or the board agreements may distribute the powers, a distribution that only has internal scope. The power of representation corresponds to each administrator individually considered.
