Required to declare economic activities in the IAE's own models

Taxpayers of the Tax on Economic Activities who are required to pay taxes for the same for any of their economic activities, will communicate the registration, variation or cancellation in all their economic activities through their own declarations for said Tax, provided that they form part of the taxable event of the IAE . Likewise, they will request, where appropriate, the exemption in the IAE that corresponds to them through their own models. All of this without prejudice to the fulfillment of their general census obligations, for which reason, they must also declare their economic activities through the census declaration.
