Activity in a specific location (directly affected locations)

This section contains the data of the premises in which the activity recorded in section “A) Activity ” above (boxes 400 to 404) of the declaration is carried out.

In particular, the Autonomous Community, province, municipality, full address and cadastral reference of each of the premises will be identified.

LOCAL number.../...

In box LOCAL number.../... the number that corresponds to all the premises will be entered. For example, if there are two premises where the activity is carried out, when declaring the first one, you will put LOCAL number 1/2 and the second one, LOCAL number 2/2.

Reason for submission

The following options exist:

  • High , in the case of registering a new activity in the premises or registering a new premises.
  • Low , in the case of low activity or low specific premises for the development of said activity.
  • Variation , when you intend to modify any data of the premises declared in the corresponding registration.

If it is a high , when recording the census declaration, the computer application will assign a reference number that will serve for identification. In case of cancellation, your reference number will be the same as the one that the application gave as a reference number when recording the registration, if it was submitted in a census declaration, or the one corresponding to the IAE declaration itself.

The drop , in the event of cessation of exercise of said activity, would be recorded in a modification declaration (Page 1 of the census model. Reason for filing the declaration: B) Modification, box 127 “modification of data related to economic activities and premises”) as long as some other economic activity continues to be carried out. In the event of a withdrawal from all economic activities, it is sufficient to fill in box 150, although the withdrawal dates must also be completed.

In the event that you wish to vary any information about the premises declared in the corresponding registration declaration, you must enter the reference number of the registration to which the declaration refers. This reference number is the IAE number, if the registration had been declared through the IAE model, or otherwise, the number assigned to it by the census model recording application.

In the event of changing the location of activity it will not be necessary to mark “variation” as the origin, but rather “high” must be marked in the new location and “low” in the previous one.
