Quarterly periodic statement

The subject obliged to withhold and make payments on account must present, within the first twenty calendar days of the months of April, July, October and January, a declaration of the amounts withheld and the payments on account corresponding to the immediately preceding calendar quarter, and pay the amount into the Public Treasury.
