It is expected that , as of February 3, 2025, model 037 will be eliminated in accordance with the draft Order amending Order EHA /1274/2007, dated April 26, approving models 036 for the Census Declaration of registration, modification and deregistration in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholding agents and 037 for the Simplified Census Declaration of registration, modification and deregistration in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholding agents, and Order EHA/3695/2007, dated December 13, approving model 030 for the Census Declaration of registration in the Census of taxpayers, change of address and/or variation of personal data, which may be used by individuals, the place and form of presentation thereof are determined, subject to the public hearing and information process on July 16, 2024.
