10. Model 361

Order HAC /498/2024, of May 21, modifies form 361 to adapt it to the obligation to provide an electronic copy of the invoices or import documents to which the application refers when the taxable base stated in each of them exceeds the amount of 1,000 euros in general or 250 euros when it comes to fuel.
