Comments on the painting:
Rule 2 and its limits are independent of those contained in Rule 1, acting in any case as a corrective criterion for Rule 1 for low-value income. Consequently, if a taxpayer is not required to file a tax return due to the nature and amount of income obtained in accordance with the limits and conditions of Rule 1, Rule 2 will not apply. When, following the application of the limits and conditions of rule 1, the taxpayer is obliged to file a return, rule 2 and its limits must be consulted to verify whether the exclusion from the obligation to file applies when dealing with low-value income. Please note that the imputation of income is not listed in rule 2.
If you want to simulate possible Income Tax returns, you can do so using Renta WEB Open (Simulator).”
The calculations and tests performed with this program will not allow you to submit the Income Tax returns made, since to do so it is necessary to use Renta WEB.
Web Income Simulator
If you are required to file a tax return, you can do so using the "Draft/tax return processing service (Renta WEB)", which you can access through the "Renta 2019" portal.
Draft/declaration processing service (Renta WEB)
First, you will need to identify yourself.
From the available services, select the WEB Income Service and provide the missing data, answering the questions asked or adding the additional data required to obtain the summary of results. If you agree with the result obtained, you can submit your Income Tax return by selecting the “submit return” option.
If you do not wish to file the return after completing the above steps, the Renta WEB service allows you to save the changes you make, so you can later access a “New return” from any computer without the changes you made, or “Continue” with the return in which you made the changes.
You should review both personal data and financial data. You should also review all the notices that appear on Renta WEB, for which you must access the notices and errors tab.
Don't forget to check out:
- Information on the properties and their cadastral references. For more information you can consult them at http://www.sedecatastro.gob.es/
- Union dues: If you have contributions you must include them.
- Personal and family data: If you are entitled to the maternity deduction, you must verify that it is included, just as if you are entitled to any of the family deductions for a disabled descendant/ascendant, a large family or a single parent with 2 children and without the right to receive annuities, or for a legally non-separated spouse with a disability.
- Pension plans: If you have contributions, you must check that they are included.
- Deduction for investment in main home: If you are entitled to apply the transitional regime, check that the information on mortgage loans that appears in your tax data is correct and that it is recorded correctly.
- Deduction for rental of the residence: If your rental contract is prior to 1/1/2015 and meets the conditions for applying the deduction. Please enter it in the corresponding boxes.
- Autonomous community deductions: If you are entitled to any of them and they do not appear in the draft, you can enter them in the boxes corresponding to your Autonomous Community.
This information was on the first page of the model and was displayed to the taxpayer at the time of downloading tax data.
As a new feature of the 2019 personal income tax return model, the identification or confirmation of the information on the taxpayer's current tax domicile is provided separately from the rest of the return. In this way, in a very simple and intuitive way, before downloading the tax data, the taxpayer will confirm the last available tax address or, if applicable, modify it.
