The declaration of withdrawal must be submitted within one month from the day after the circumstances that imply withdrawal occur.

However:

  1. If it is the dissolution of a company or entity , the period is one month from the effective cancellation of the corresponding entries in the Commercial Registry . If these entries are not recorded, the tax authorities must notify the Commercial Registry of the request for deregistration so that it can issue a marginal note on the entity's registration sheet.

  2. In the event of death , the discharge must be submitted within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of death.
