Place and form of submission

You can file a tax complaint online.  

Please use the appropriate form when you file the complaint on:

  • Undeclared invoices and tickets.
  • Use of sales concealment software.
  • E-commerce and other tax frauds on the web.
  • Property rentals.

Additionally, you will be able to file it in the Tax Agency Office or Administration nearest to your address and, in general, at any office of the Tax Agency either in-person or by post.
