The purpose of the Registry is to allow successors of deceased individuals or legal persons or entities without legal personality that have been extinguished, as well as legal representatives of persons lacking the capacity to act in accordance with the law, to carry out all procedures that can be carried out online on behalf of third parties, without prejudice to the specificities of this matter in the customs field.
