Submit tax returns

Declarations may be lodged with any customs administration by any natural or legal person who meets the requirements referred to in the Community Customs Code.

Declarations may be submitted by qualified persons, in their own name and on their own account or by means of a person acting as a customs representative designated for this purpose.
