Data protection information
The State Tax Administration Agency (hereinafter "Tax Agency") is responsible for all personal data processing carried out in the course of its activities, unless otherwise indicated in a specific processing.
These treatments will be carried out on the personal data of the people who use the services offered in the development of its activity, who may be the taxpayers, their representatives, public employees or any other person who uses its services. From now on we will refer to them as interested parties.
In relation to the use of the Tax Agency website by interested parties, they are informed that their personal data may only be obtained for processing when they are adequate, pertinent and not excessive, in relation to the scope and the specific, explicit and legitimate purposes for which they were obtained.
The Tax Agency carries out these treatments in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, information security and the specific regulations that govern its activity and that include all aspects relating to the conditions under which data processing of interested parties may be carried out.
In this regard, the necessary technical and organisational measures have been adopted to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or the unauthorised communication or access to such data, which may in particular cause physical, material or immaterial damage and harm. The measures adopted take into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed and are periodically reviewed to ensure their adaptation to new situations or risk scenarios.
The Tax Agency, as responsible for all processing of the personal data of the interested parties and in accordance with the information requirements contained in article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, indicates below the basic information regarding these treatments:
