Models 159 and 238. Real estate identification reminder

Please note the need for correct identification of real estate in the following information declarations:

MODEL 159 – Informative Declaration. Annual declaration of electricity consumption.

Regarding form 159, it is important to remember the following:

  • Correct Identification of the CADASTRAL REFERENCE NUMBER.

  • Identification of the code of the municipality in which the property is located.

Article 38 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2004, of March 5, approving the Revised Text of the Real Estate Cadastre Law, establishes that there is an obligation for the cadastral reference of real estate to be included in electricity contracts.

MODEL 238 – Informative Declaration for the communication of information by platform operators.

For each reportable seller who has carried out a relevant activity involving the leasing of real estate, the following shall be reported:

  • Address and CADASTRAL REFERENCE NUMBER or equivalent, if known.
