Where does it apply?

Throughout the Spanish territory, without prejudice to the tax regimes of Economic Agreement and Convention in force in the Historical Territories of the Basque Country and the Foral Community of Navarre, respectively, and the provisions of the international Treaties or Conventions that have become part of the internal legal system.
