Completion of the procedure (how to pay)
We inform you how the enforcement procedure can end, including the option of paying the debt
The enforcement procedure, which covers all the above situations from the end of the voluntary payment period, ends when:
- The unpaid amount of the debt and the surcharge are paid in full.
- The unpaid amount of the debt and the surcharge is offset against a credit in favour of the debtor.
- The right to recover the debt is time-barred.
- It is declared uncollectible (because there are no assets that can be realised, although the procedure can be reactivated if new assets appear and the debt is not time-barred).
You can pay the outstanding debts or request a deferral or installment payment. To do this, go to the option to pay, defer and consult debts.
