What happens if I don't pay the debt

Once the period indicated in the enforcement order for payment of the debt has expired without payment, the law determines that the foreclosure phase begins, where other actions will be carried out, such as the execution of guarantees if they exist, the seizure of assets, until the amount of the debt, surcharges, interest and costs of the procedure are covered. If there are refunds in the name of the debtor, the debt may be offset automatically against the debt at any time after the end of the voluntary period.
