What you should know about these options
We inform you about the actions you can take with the options of paying, deferring or consulting debts.
Within the payment option, the following actions can be performed:
1. Pay all my debts: With this option you can pay all outstanding debts at that time in one go. If any debt has any peculiarities, this option would direct us to Pay any debt so that we can decide whether to pay it or not to pay it at that time.
2. Select any debt: From this option you can choose from all the outstanding debts to be paid, which one you want to pay at this moment and which one you don't.
3. Pay with document code (receipt number): Using this option, payment can be made by entering the receipt number of the payment letter that has been received, which will result in payment of only what is included in said receipt.
Within the Defer and Split option, you can select debts you have and defer or split their payment. If you have been granted a deferral, you can advance your payment and cancel it. You can also change the direct debit of the deferrals you have requested and those you have already been granted. From here you can answer requests related to the postponement requests submitted, as well as make allegations.
This option will provide access to all outstanding debts, and you can access each one of them to gain further information.
From direct debits, you can consult, revoke, rehabilitate or rectify a direct debit account.
From the previous payments and NRC check you can check payments already made, distinguishing between:

Self-assessments, and in turn between self-assessments paid by direct debit or by card.

Settlements, and in turn between settlements paid by direct debit or by card.

Rates.

NRC, only cancellation requests may be requested and previously made cancellation requests may be consulted, for those that can be cancelled. The NRCs of settlements made by the Administration can no longer be cancelled.
