Resolve your doubts about the Cl@ve and Cl@ve Móvil system
Cl@ve is a system aimed at unifying and simplifying the citizens' electronic access to public services. Its main goal is for the citizens to identify themselves before the Administration via agreed codes (username plus password), without having to remember various codes to access different services.
In the Cl@ve Portal you can consult all the information related to the system.
The Cl@ve identification system allows individuals to carry out procedures with the Tax Agency via the Internet. It is valid for a fixed period of time, as it can be used as many times as you like as long as it has not expired.
From the time the code is requested until it is used, no more than 10 minutes can pass . If more time passes, the code expires and you will need to request a new one.
The code obtained will be valid for a single work session at the AEAT electronic headquarters, in which several procedures can be carried out as long as the session is not closed (the browser has not been closed) or is left inactive for 60 minutes.
The code can be requested whenever it is needed. The procedures available at www.sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es show the Cl@ve icon and include, among others:

In short, it allows you to use all the options of the Tax Agency's electronic headquarters aimed at individual taxpayers for whom the regulations allow the use of a non-advanced electronic signature.
If the result of your self-assessment is to pay, you have two options:
- If you do not direct-debit the payment: It can be done with Cl@ve via payment gateway. It will connect with the Electronic Office and proceed to transmit the self-assessment without advanced electronic signature by entering the NIF + NRC + Access Code (Key + code).
- If you direct-debit the payment: will connect to the Electronic Office, fill out the form and enter the IBAN code and transmit the self-assessment by entering NIF + Access Code (Key + code).
If a taxpayer receives a Cl@ve Móvil code that they have not requested, someone could be trying to impersonate them. You don't have to worry, because the code is sent exclusively to the registered mobile number, so you will be the only one who can access the Tax Agency's Electronic Office on your behalf.
If the situation repeats itself, you must contact the Tax Agency to report the anomaly.
