Information note on the completion of form 189

In order to improve the quality of tax information for the 2021 financial year derived from Form 189-Informative Declaration. securities, insurance and income - (which will be submitted in January 2022), the completion of the “NUMBER OF SECURITIES” field (positions 130 to 145) must refer to the total number of shares in which the declared party owns a certain participation (percentage of participation that must be reported in the PERCENTAGE OF PARTICIPATION field (positions 188-192)).
