4.3. Promotion of services provided electronically

As has been the case in recent years, throughout 2014 there have been significant advances in the field of electronic administration to make the right of citizens to interact electronically with the Tax Agency more agile, effective and accessible.

In 2014, most of the assistance contents available in the web portal and E-Office have been unified to make them identical and accessible regardless of the access route, with special attention to models and forms.
