The Constitutional Court and the Tax Agency have organised a study day which was opened by the President of the Court, Pedro González-Trevijano.

Two sessions were held during the seminar:

One:Scope of protection and limits of the right to privacy in tax matters. Right to data protection under art. 18.4 CE.
