Memorandum of Understanding between the Tax Agency and ProWorkSpaces for the prevention of tax fraud
On September 22, 2022, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the State Tax Administration Agency and the Association of Business Centers and other workspaces (ProWorkSpaces).
The purpose of the agreement is to prevent and combat tax fraud related to the use of fictitious addresses and the registration in the census of companies that, using business center addresses, are not contractually linked to them, as well as promoting greater awareness of the correct fulfillment of tax obligations in the sector, also including the study and promotion of appropriate regulatory reforms for the classification of the activity of business centers under a specific section of CNAE and IAE .
