Information and procedures regarding DANA measures at the Tax Agency Headquarters

The Tax Agency has created a specific section in its Electronic Office to facilitate all necessary procedures for citizens and tax professionals in relation to the DANA tax measures in force.

The aim is to facilitate navigation as quickly and easily as possible for those interested, who have direct access to all the procedures and information available from two clearly visible 'buttons' on the access page of the Headquarters, one dedicated specifically to direct aid for self-employed workers and SMEs that can be requested until the end of the year and that will begin to be paid on 1 December, and another that includes both these procedures and all the procedures and information available.

In the general access to the DANA procedures of the Tax Agency, the different blocks of procedures and additional information can be clearly seen. Thus, in the first sections there is access to the application for aid and soon there will be the option to apply the tax reduction provided for taxpayers in modules affected by the DANA and the possibility of waiving the module regime in Personal Income Tax if they prefer to declare under the direct estimation regime.

In this first block, the user also has direct access to a new tool that aims to significantly facilitate their management of deferrals and payment of outstanding debts, since, after identifying the taxpayer, it personalizes the information it offers to the citizen based on their own circumstances. The same tool offers users specialized channels for assistance and support for each procedure.

Likewise, in this block of procedures in the Collection area, the possibility of accessing the special DANA deferral is offered, which allows, under certain premises, deferring the payment of debts for 24 months, with six of them without accrual of interest.

The citizens are then offered, in clearly differentiated and intuitive blocks, both the assistance and appointment alternatives, with the option of a telephone and a specific chat for DANA affected people, as well as the list of offices in which special DANA attention points have been set up in the province of Valencia.

Finally, a final block of information provides a synthetic summary of the DANA tax measures in force, a list of the municipalities affected by the DANA and links to the identification systems for carrying out the different procedures. This same section includes a FAQ document segmented by topic with answers to the main questions that may arise for those affected regarding aid, extension of deadlines, payment of debts, etc., and which will be updated with new information when necessary.

The aim of this set of initiatives is to make the work of citizens affected by the DANA who need to carry out procedures or request information in relation to any procedure of the Tax Agency as easy as possible.
