To declare in Renta WEB the deductions for works to improve the energy efficiency of housing:

Search -in "Declaration sections" of Renta Web- within the General deductions of the fee, the deduction for works to improve the energy efficiency of homes.

Within this section the three existing deductions are completed:

  • 20% deduction for improvement works that reduce heating and cooling demand.

  • 40% deduction for improvement works that reduce the consumption of non-renewable primary energy

  • 60% deduction for energy rehabilitation works in buildings

It must be remembered that the above deductions are incompatible with each other with respect to the same work.
