How to check a refund

If the final result of your tax return was a refund, you can check the status of the refund you have requested.

The query is done by accessing your file through the draft/return processing service (Renta WEB).

As a general rule, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account given on the payment or refund document.

The Tax Agency has six months to provide a provisional settlement that confirms or corrects the refund amount requested, from the end of the tax return submission deadline, or from the date the tax return was filed if it was filed after the deadline.
