22--09-2017 SII: Improvement in the identification help service.

The helpdesk for fiscal identification has been improved in order to help in the identification and checking for registration of private individuals on the Tax Agency census. If the personal information provided are similar to those recorded, the surname and name is displayed as recorded in the Tax Agency census.
