11-12-2020 SII: Update of the presentation on validations and frequently asked questions to apply from January 1, 2021 (version 1.1)

The presentation on the new SII validations applicable from January 1 has been updated, including several adjustments highlighted in red. Furthermore, FAQ 3.18 has been modified to adapt it to the new validations and FAQs 6.1 to 6.13 to clarify doubts raised in relation to the registration of consignment sales.
