Form 100. Personal Income Tax Return Declaration 2017

7.1.3. Allocation of amounts to activities of general interest considered to be of social interest

According to Royal Decree-Law 7/2013 of 28 June, the State will allocate 0.7% of the total tax quota of taxpayers who expressly state their will in this regard to subsidise activities of general interest considered to be of social interest, in the manner established by regulation.

This allocation will be directed to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) for Social Action and Development Cooperation for the implementation of social programs.

Therefore, if you want this percentage of the entire fee to be allocated to the indicated purpose, you must mark box 106 with an "X"

Attention : The allocation of amounts to social purposes is independent of the tax allocation to the Catholic Church, both being compatible with each other. If you do not tick any of the boxes corresponding to these options, your share will be allocated to the General State Budget for general purposes.
