Basic Regulations

Order EHA/3496/2009, of December 17,

which approves model 568 for the return request for resale and shipment of means of transport outside the territory, the place, form and deadline for presentation and establishes the general conditions and the procedure for its telematic presentation over the Internet and modifies Order EHA/1981/2005, of June 21, approving model 576 declaration-settlement of the Special Tax on Certain Means of Transport, model 06 declaration of the Special Tax on Certain Means of Transport, exemptions and no subjections without prior recognition, the general conditions and the procedure for the electronic presentation via Internet of the declarations corresponding to model 576 are established and the Order of September 30, 1999, which establishes the general conditions and the procedure, is modified for the electronic presentation of the declarations-settlements corresponding to forms 110, 130, 300 and 330.
