Order HAC/539/2003, of March 10,by which the physical and logical designs are approved, model 186, to which the monthly information to be provided to the State Tax Administration Agency must be adjusted regarding certain data recorded in the Civil Registry related to births and deaths, for presentation by support directly readable by computer, and the procedure for its telematic presentation by teleprocessing is established.
