New validation on Transit Declarations that involve associated exports.

Starting May 6, these new rules will come into effect for the electronic process of registering transit declarations involving associated exports (previous document group with type N830), to ensure compatibility between the type of transit declaration issued and the type of exports associated with it. The new rules are as follows:

If the transit declaration type is equal to T, then the transit cannot carry associated exports.
If the transit declaration type is T2F, then the associated exports must be of type CO.
If the transit declaration type is equal to T2, then the associated exports must be of type equal to EX and must have the requested regime 10, 11, 21, 22 or 23.
If the transit declaration type is equal to T1, then the associated exports must be of type equal to EX and must have the requested regime 31 or 10.
If the transit declaration type is T1 and the associated export is EX type and the requested regime is 10, then that export must contain documents of type C651.

These rules will be incorporated into the next revision of the NCTS5 Web Services Technical Guide.
